I hear we now have two bew coopted Parish Councillors, Jim Blackburn and Cris Sleep. One can only wish them well but note that the village is littered wih burnt out former councillors who were ground down by the mass of petty regulations and lack of power that dog Parish Councils at every turn. even in less constrained economic times then those we are currently experiencing.
And a thought. Seventeen grand for a new Tennis Court fence seems a bit excessive doesnt it ?.
